Project Overview

Worked on a project to digitally incentivize reading in young people, combining user-centered design with mobile development. The goal was to create engaging experiences that would shift reading habits, using Design Thinking to define the problem and Agile Scrum to build the solution.

  • Applied Design Thinking principles in user research and co-creation sessions

Approach

The project was a good early lesson in the value of starting from user needs before writing code. Design Thinking helped focus the work on what would actually change behavior rather than what was technically possible.
