What I Do

I lead the AI Architecture and Innovation team at Orange, a transversal role with scope across engineering, infrastructure and company wide AI strategy.

The work covers production agentic systems, enterprise AI infrastructure, cost governance and the shared foundations that let teams across the company build on top of.
